Inflammation Bush (Cyanthillium Cinereum)

A flowering plant native to tropical regions of Asia but is now widely found in tropical and subtropical areas worldwide with significant medicinal value in traditional medicine. Traditionally Inflammation Bush has been used to treat inflammation of any form. It contains compounds with antioxidant properties, which help neutralize free radicals and contribute to the prevention of oxidative stress-related diseases. While antimicrobial properties, make it useful in treating infections caused by bacteria and fungi. It is believed to offer relief from headaches, muscle aches, and other mild to moderate pain conditions after continuous use. Moreover, Inflammation Bush is used as a decoction for diuretic, kidney disorders, swellings, inflammation, lower abdominal pains and menstrual pains; also to expel the placenta and as an abortifacient. It is considered a more potent abortifacient and better treatment for menstrual pains when decocted with St. Johns Bush. The leaves are used in a tea for cleansing the blood and are high in triterpenes, sterols and vernolic acid.
