Bishops Cap (Cardiospermum Halicacabum Var. Microcarpum)

A subtropical climbing plant that traditionally has been used in folk medicine for treating skin conditions, rheumatism, orchitis, dropsy, lumbago, nervous disorders, and hyperthermia and joint pains due to its anti-inflammatory properties. Most commonly Bishops Cap acts as a Bronchodilator helping to reduce congestion and soothing irritated airways. The plant is used to treat respiratory conditions such as asthma, bronchitis, and chest colds.
